Q No. 4. How can a suit against a minor, a pauper and person of unsound mind be filed? Describe also the procedure for filing of suit by them. (15 Marks)

PART – II
(The Limitation Act 1908)

Q No. 5. Under what circumstances delay in filing of suit or appeal can be condoned? (10 Marks)

Q No. 6. Comment upon factors considered while computing the period of limitation. (10 Marks)

(The Registration Act 1908)
